Ahmet Görsev is a lighting professional with more than three decades of experience in the field of architectural lighting.
He began his career in lighting in 1989, bringing together his background in visual arts with a longstanding interest in the relationship between light, space and perception.
He graduated from the Painting Department of the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts, now Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. His education in visual arts has informed his approach to light, particularly in his understanding of composition, contrast, colour and visual perception.
Throughout his career, Ahmet Görsev has contributed to a wide range of lighting projects, gaining extensive experience across different scales, contexts and project types.
He is currently an Associate at Lighting Building, where he contributes his experience and technical knowledge to the development and delivery of architectural lighting projects, working alongside the design team from concept through implementation.
