Located in one of Istanbul’s most prominent urban settings, the project uses light to focus on selected details within the space rather than compete with the surrounding views. While the residences adopt a warmer and more personal approach, the sales office introduces a more controlled and refined lighting language.

Material textures, artworks, and furniture are revealed through the way light interacts with surfaces rather than through direct illumination. Transitions between light and darkness add depth to the spaces, while glass and translucent surfaces, particularly within the sales office, allow light to become an integral part of the architecture.
